University degree in a topic related course (e.g. public administration) with minimum 05 years’ of professional working experience, very good speaking and writing skills in English & Urdu and significant knowledge and experience of municipal services, local revenue generation, state-society dialogue and the local government and administrative system in Pakistan. |

Advisor Financial Management and Budgeting |
University degree in a topic related course (e.g. financial management, economics, public administration) with minimum 05 years’ of professional working experience, very good speaking and writing skills in English & Urdu and significant knowledge and experience of political and administrative system in Pakistan. |

Advisor Participatory Planning |
University degree in a topic related course (e.g. urban planning, public administration) with minimum 05 years’ of professional working experience, very good speaking and writing skills in English & Urdu and significant knowledge and experience of participatory planning and budgeting, urban planning, planning cycle and legal framework, functions between tiers of government, political involvement and political and administrative system in Pakistan. |
