Responsibilities
- Plan and successfully execute company events & activities (primarily PakWheels Auto Shows) across Pakistan.
- Liaison with the marketing and brand teams to execute various outdoor marketing and communication activities including brand activations, billboard & hoarding campaigns, trade marketing, etc.
- Source, deal and manage various vendors and contractors for company’s outdoor activities and events ensuring high quality and cost efficient output
- Coordinate with various government departments to ensure smooth execution of company activities by obtaining all relevant permissions
- Procurement of events related material in a cost efficient manner
Requirements:
- Strong management & administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong vendor management skills
- Good Negotiation skills
- Must be a team player
- Computer proficiency especially in MS Office
- Minimum Education: Graduation
- Experience : 4-5 Years
